SURGICAL DERMATOLOGY

We are a dermatological practice specialized in dermatologic surgery. We therefore can perform almost all necessary surgeries on an outpatient. The wounds are sutured with special techniques and suture materials, which are generally absorbable. A subsequent removal of the suture is therefore unnecessary and cosmetically pleasing results are achieved. After surgery we give individual recommendations for care and rules of conduct to allow best possible wound healing.

If a major intervention is required, the surgical procedure can be performed in general anesthesia and as an inpatient in collaboration with the hospital Casa di Cura Dott. Pederzoli, Peschiera del Garda.

The surgery activities include the removal of:

• Skin cancers, e.g. malignant melanoma or squamous cell carcinoma
